No, no, we're not looking for more factions (ten plus a veritable plethora of sub-factions should be more than sufficient). I'm looking for people willing to help out with fleshing out and developing the factions. While I'm having the in-character FLs start off as NPCs, that's largely because I'm not looking to have any characters begin play running a third of the galaxy. Doing much like Nephill's done with the Mandos and Niklas and TAC are going to do with the Resistance and Hapans, respectively, you'll be taking the starting idea of the faction and running with it. You'll largely have free reign to define the faction as you like, fleshing out the information and defining its place in the galaxy.

I refuse to lead a faction. Not really in my personality type. Too lazy. Even coming up with the Chiss writeup was a pain in and of itself.

Keep in mind that the FL's role here will be somewhat different from what you might be used to. It's not, as some have interpreted it, to protect 'your' faction against anything and everything, but rather it's to provide the members of the faction with RP opportunities.
