Because it's not an exact RPM? No, because it's 'moderate' as opposed to telling us anything about its function - whether it's semiautomatic or automatic, for example. |

I agree - I included moderate etc. to just provide a basis for rate of fire w/o causing headaches over specifics which would end result be pointless in play by post rp |
