Though I used to read a lot more, at present I regularly read only Schlock Mercenary, Something Positive, and Order of the Stick.
Schlock Mercenary is a space opera type following the adventures of a mercenary company, the employers of the eponymous Schlock. Schlock is a sociopathic blob-thing with a love of destruction that borders on the obscene. The artwork starts off pretty bad, but improves over the thirteen uninterrupted years of daily posting.
Something Positive is a decidedly cynical webcomic, following Davan MacIntire and his group of friends. It has a mostly modern setting with some elements of fantasy thrown in for the sake of the ludicrous - the gelatinous housecat Choo Choo Bear, for example.
Order of the Stick has suffered from its writer's health, but it's a fantasy webcomic following a group of D&D-style adventurers on their quest to save reality from the plots of their arch-enemies, who include Xykon (a lich sorcerer) and Nale (their idiot bard's evil twin). They have an archive of about nine hundred comics, and don't let the artwork throw you off - it's not precisely for kids.
