I'm putting down Ar'tre officially as pilot, for you to accept or reject

He's already on board. Didn't you see his entry on the pilot slot?

We don't really have any where his presence is required. He's a strangely difficult character to plot for. I've a vague notion involving a plotline wherein this character is transporting something and the crew of the Phoenix needs to intercept her, though.

Anything involving authorities will work well. And he's a fairly good con artist type as well

So, I've put together a character. The idea is that she would have worked on a ship for a couple of months, and then she got captured by pirates and forced to work for them, and from there, the crew of the Phoenix could rescue her, no?

That seems like an idea we can use. I'll see about coming up with an opening post - do you have any ideas or suggestions for how you'd like to work it?

Hm, dunno... Could be in space, the Phoenix coming across them when they're preying on some other ship, or alternatively in a spaceport... Too many possibilities always leave me stumped. The main point is that you guys somehow end up in the pirate vessel's engine room to find Emily.

I'm thinking we could go with the Phoenix herself being the target of these pirates. She is, after all, an expensive ship stolen from a Tatooinian crime lord and engaged in a war against the Outer Rim's more unsavory elements.
