Threads in this forum span over any location or time period within the general setting, and follow a specific timeline involving a set group of characters.
Anyone is welcome to start a thread, given they follow these rules:
1. In the title, include a status tag - [Closed], as to the thread is closed to recruitment, [Ask], meaning space is open, one need only to apply to OOCly to the thread operator or in the OOC thread to join, or [Open] meaning anyone can post given they follow previous posters' leads. Please edit in the tag [Completed] once the thread is ended, or [Incomplete] after a significant period of stagnation that leads you to deem the thread incompletable - use this tag for similar purposes in which a thread was never finished.
2. All threads are IC here. OOC captions are allowed, but main OOC threads or Off-Topic threads need to go into other forums, such as This One.
