Starships Index

Starfighters: Smallest class of starship, single-digit crews, may or may not have hyperdrives. Not intended for extended use. Example: X-Wing

Freighters and Shuttles: Ships larger than a starfighter, may or may not have hyperdrives. Extended use possible. Example: YT-1300 Freighter - Millenium Falcon, Slave I

Light Capital Ships: Corvettes, heavy freighters, light frigates. Ships of roughly 100 - 500 meters length. Example: CR90 Corvette (Princess Leia's ship), EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate

Cruisers: 500-1000 meters in length. Mainstay cruisers of a fleet. Example: Acclamator-class assault cruiser

Heavy Cruisers: 1,000-2,000 meters in length. Lead battleships of a fleet, very powerful. Example: Imperial II-class Star Destroyer, Venator-class Star Destroyer

Battlecruiser: 2,000-5,000 meters in length. Example: Praetor Mark II Battlecruiser.

Dreadnought: 5,000 meters plus. Absolute behemoths. Example: Executor-class star dreadnought
